Mother of Jason and Joshuah
Adrian had several "Near-Death" experiences in her life, the first at the birth of her first son. His first cry drew her back. Of motherhood she wrote:
How do I love Thee? Let me tell you the ways.
I loved Thee when I first knew you were in my womb.
I loved Thee when I was angry with your father
I'd rub my hand along my belly and say, "Don't worry. It's not your problem."
I loved Thee through the contractions
I loved Thee so much that I came back from the dead just for you.
I loved Thee as a lioness loves her cubs.
I loved Thee when you were sick
I loved Thee when you flushed the plug down the toilet.
I loved Thee when you kiss me on the cheek for no reason.
I love Thee as you grow up and become what your heart desires,
And when you marry and no longer mine, I will love Thee from the grave.
Adrian, quiet in demeanor, gentle in spirit is deeply respected by those who cared for her daily: The C.R. Home Care Nurses, C.R. Mental Health who became more her friends than "Case Workers". I, her mom, thank you with all my heart.
First responders and the off duty nurse who came to help us. Thank you.
Upon hearing sirens, Adrian and I would pray, Heavenly Father, go before making safe the way. Come behind protecting. Grant wisdom to meet all needs, and; may your peace which passes all understanding bring calm to each soul... in Jesus name. Amen
Adrian dwells in an eternal kingdom now. For her there is no more sorrow, no more pain; and every tear is wiped from her eyes. (Rev. 21:4)
We, your family, Love You Adrian. Mom
