Oceanside RCMP received 224 complaints the week of Dec. 4 to Dec. 10.
Some of the incidents included:
Dec. 4
• A Christmas wreath, two ornamental candy canes and a shovel were reported stolen from a residence in the 100 block of Jensen Avenue East, Parksville, on Dec. 4. A grape vine wreath was left behind. Contact Oceanside RCMP during regular business hours, quoting file number 2022-11924, to claim found wreath.
Dec. 5
• A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Lee Road East, Parksville.
• An orange Stihl chainsaw was reported stolen from a workshop in the 3500 block of Ryan Road, Qualicum Beach.
Dec. 7
• A portable BBQ, a laptop and a bicycle were some of the items reported stolen during a residential break-and-enter in the 700 block of Shawn Road, Coombs.
• A storage container was reported broken into in the 1100 block of Memorial Avenue, Qualicum Beach.
• A grey 2008 Dodge Ram 1500, B.C. licence plate PW941, was reported stolen in the area of Bellevue Road and Alberni Highway, Parksville.
• A Wisper 905SE electric bicycle was found in the 600 block of Primrose Street, Qualicum Beach. Contact Oceanside RCMP during regular business hours, quoting file number 2022-12014, to claim.
Dec. 8
• A catalytic converter was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Lee Road East, Parksville.
• Money was reported stolen from a business break-and-enter in the 1300 block of Cape Cod Drive, Parksville.

Dec. 9
• A vehicle window was reported broken in the 400 block of Harnish Avenue, Parksville.
Dec. 10
• A boat break-and-enter was reported with three suspects apprehended in the 1000 block of Lee Road, Parksville.
