A motorcyclist was going twice the speed limit on Beach Drive Sunday (Dec. 3) when Oak Bay Police pulled him over. The motorcycle was travelling 87 kms/hr in a posted 40 km/hr zone.
The driver was ticketed for excessive speed and had his motorcycle seized at the scene.
