UPDATED: Missing Victoria man located safe after not being seen for several weeks

Missing man Matthew Dunning has been located safe, according to the Victoria Police Department.

Dunning was the subject of a missing person alert on Tuesday.

VicPD said Dunning was reported missing after not being seen for several weeks. He was located by officers and is safe.
