Missing 13 year old from Colwood

Lia Barker was last seen on Metchosin Road on Wednesday evening

The West Shore RCMP is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old girl from Colwood.

Lia Barker was last seen on Wednesday, Oct. 10, at 4:15 p.m. near her family’s home on Metchosin Road in Colwood.

She often frequents Tim Hortons locations in Langford and her family is concerned for her well-being.

Barker is described as Caucasian, standing at five-foot-eight-inches, weighing 120 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair (often in a bun) and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a green camo tank top, grey sweatpants and black and white Vans shoes.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the West Shore RCMP at 250-391-3361 or through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
