A crash early Thursday evening in Colwood left one person dead after a motorcycle and a car collided near Esquimalt Lagoon.
The BC Coroners Service has confirmed that a man in his late 30’s was killed in the incident, which happened at around 7 p.m. near the bridge on Ocean Blvd.
The road was closed to all traffic for several hours while crash scene reconstructionsists investigated what happened.
Colwood and View Royal Fire Rescue attended the scene as well as West Shore RCMP and BC Ambulance.
