Victoria Police are investigating an early morning assault which took place near a branch of McDonald's on Pandora Avenue.
Officers responded to a report of an assault in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue on Thursday (Dec. 12) at approximately 5:45 a.m.
According to police, a male suspect reportedly kicked another male in the face. The victim was transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The suspect was taken into custody and police say the investigation is ongoing.
