The 73rd Annual Cowichan Music Festival wrapped up on Sunday, March 6 with the Highlights Concert at the Cowichan Performing Arts Centre.

Twenty-five solo and group acts — singers, dancers and musicians — performed at the gala. The festival usually features three separate Highlights Concerts in order to hand out all the awards, but was limited to just one this year because of COVID-19 restrictions.

The Cowichan Music Festival was one of only two festivals in the province to hold in-person performances; all the remaining festivals did all of their events remotely.
