The Millionaire Lottery grand prize show home located in Courtenay at Crown Isle is now open to the public to tour Thursday through Saturday, from noon- 3 p.m.

In keeping with COVID-19 safety guidelines, the sales team will allow only one family, party, or group (maximum four people) - inside the showhome at a time. Hand sanitizer will be readily available, and staff will be sanitizing before and after each visit, and ensuring the sales team maintains a safe two metres distance from all visitors, at all times.

This Courtenay grand prize package is valued at over $2.9 million and it includes a $50,000 furniture package, a 2020 Toyota Tundra Platinum, a 2020 VW e-Golf SUV, a 2020 Duckworth 22 Pacific Pro Boat, a 2021 Northwood Arctic Fox Classic Travel Trailer - Model 25W, a golf membership & $6,500 golf shop credit, and $1.1 million cash.

The Courtenay prize home located at 2117 Crown Isle Drive, Courtenay, is 2,333 sq.ft. and has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a two-car garage.
