Residents of Glacier View Lodge care home in the Comox Valley had a couple of special visitors on Wednesday afternoon.
Shannon Farrell, owner of Shamrock Farm, brought her two miniature horses, Lucky and Tucker, to the lodge to spend some time with the residents.
Farrell, whose mother lives in the lodge, says this was the first time she has brought the horses to visit but loved seeing the joy they brought the residents.
She says they hope to turn this into a monthly visit.
