It’s that time of year in the Comox Valley.
The distinctive roar overhead means the CFB Snowbirds are here for their annual spring training session.
The Snowbirds (431 Sqd) arrived on April 29, and took to the air for the first time on Tuesday (April 30).
The team will practise daily until May 16, then have a day off before the Comox Air Show, May 18.
The CF18 Demo Team will arrive May 8, at which time it will share the Comox Valley airspace with the Snowbirds.
