In Loving Memory ~

We are sad to announce that Cliff passed away peacefully after a long battle with Dementia and Cancer.

He is predeceased by his parents John and Anne, brothers Albert, Gordon and sister Shirley.

Cliff is survived by his wife of 55 years Ellen, sons Craig (Jenn) in Edmonton and Brent in Duncan brother Ron in Ontario and lots on nieces and nephews.

Born on the farm in Saskatchewan ,Cliff joined the Royal Canadian Navy in 1958. He retired in 1984. Cliff then went to work at Shawnigan Lake School for 12 years.

Cliff was a member of the Malahat Legion for over 50 years, and the Malahat Lions Club for over 40 years. He served as President, Secretary and for 39 years Treasurer. Cliff enjoyed working in the Kook Kar every summer cooking fries.

An avid curler, Cliff participated in several bonspiels. He won the Pacific Coast and Interior Masters Assc. for B.C. Cliff also enjoyed watching the Blue Jays, Saskatchewan Roughriders and sometimes the Canucks, as well as gardening and especially riding around on the lawnmower.
